About Me
My name is Joseph Saunders, and I’m a real estate investor… however, not in the traditional sense. When most people think about real estate investing, they imagine buying property at a 30% discount and then flipping it for retail value. Although this may have worked in the past, the cash crisis of ’08 pretty much put an end to that methodology.
As the old saying goes, “the only constant is change”. And change is what I did.
I began focusing my investment efforts in other areas in order to flourish during one of this country’s harshest real estate climates. And you know what? I discovered methods that were far superior to anything else I had done up to that point. Now when I think of creating REI revenue, it’s always with a very low risk in mind… and no, it’s not because of the low housing market prices, either.
Basically, I have discovered a few techniques that allow me to generate profits based on the amount of time I invest (as opposed to money). I prefer this way of investing because I’d rather put in some personal time instead of valuable personal assets on the line.
I use two extremely savvy approaches, both of which require little to no money in order to make a very sizable payday. One is referred to as Deed Grabbing, and the other is commonly known as Tax Sale Overages.
At any rate, I hope you enjoy my site and use some of these methods for yourself as there is no shortage of opportunities with either approach. It’s true what they say about adversity creating opportunity for those with the right information.
Best of luck,
Joseph
